Non-Refundable Deposits
K-Pom Boutique, LLC

At K-Pom Boutique, LLC, we take great care in responsibly placing our Pomeranian puppies into safe and loving homes. Because puppies are live animals, specific policies apply regarding deposits, payments, and refunds.
By placing a deposit, submitting payment, or purchasing a puppy from K-Pom Boutique, LLC, the buyer agrees to the following refund policy.
All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable.
Deposits are required to secure a specific puppy or position on a waiting list and compensate the breeder for holding the puppy and declining other potential buyers.
If a buyer chooses not to complete the purchase for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
Final Payments
Once full payment has been made and the puppy has been reserved for pickup or delivery, payments are generally non-refundable.
Because puppies are living animals and are held exclusively for approved buyers, cancellations after full payment may result in forfeiture of payment unless otherwise agreed upon by K-Pom Boutique, LLC.
Cancellations
Buyer Cancellation

If the buyer decides to cancel the purchase after placing a deposit:
• The deposit will be forfeited.
• The puppy may be offered to another approved buyer.

Breeder Cancellation
​
K-Pom Boutique, LLC reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time if:
• The breeder determines the home may not be suitable for the puppy
• False or misleading information was provided by the buyer
• The puppy’s health or safety may be at risk
In these situations, any payments beyond the deposit may be refunded at the breeder’s discretion.

Health Concerns
​
K-Pom Boutique, LLC ensures that puppies leave the breeder’s care in good health to the best of our knowledge.
Buyers are encouraged to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.
If a serious pre-existing health condition is identified during that time and documented by a licensed veterinarian, K-Pom Boutique, LLC will work with the buyer to determine an appropriate resolution.

Nature of Live Animal Sales

Buyers acknowledge that:
• Puppies are living animals
• Care, environment, and handling affect their health and development
• Ownership involves long-term responsibility
For these reasons, refunds are not issued due to changes of mind, personal circumstances, allergies, housing restrictions, or other buyer-related issues.
Policy Acceptance

By placing a deposit, paying an invoice, or purchasing a puppy from K-Pom Boutique, LLC, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to this refund policy.
