Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to K-Pom Boutique, LLC. By accessing our website, submitting an application, placing a deposit, or purchasing a puppy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect the welfare of our animals and ensure responsible placement of our Pomeranian puppies.

 

By using this website or submitting any form, application, or purchase request through K-Pom Boutique, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

These terms apply to:

 

  • All visitors to the website

  • All individuals submitting puppy applications

  • All individuals placing deposits

  • All individuals purchasing a puppy

  • Deposits:

  • A deposit may be required to reserve a puppy.

  • Deposits are generally:

  • Non-refundable

  • Applied toward the final purchase price

  • Used to reserve a specific puppy or position in a waiting list

  • Deposits may only be refunded at the sole discretion of K-Pom Boutique, LLC.

  • Failure to complete payment within the agreed time frame may result in:

  • Loss of deposit

  • Puppy being offered to another approved buyer

Puppy Application & Buyer Screening

All puppies sold by K-Pom Boutique, LLC are live animals, and as such:

 

  • Their development, temperament, and health may change over time.

  • No breeder can guarantee size, temperament, color, or breeding potential with absolute certainty.

  • Buyers acknowledge that caring for a dog requires significant time, financial resources, and responsibility.

 

By purchasing a puppy, the buyer agrees to provide:

 

  • Proper veterinary care

  • Adequate nutrition

  • Safe housing

  • Responsible training and supervision

  • Compliance with all local animal ownership laws

To protect the welfare of our puppies, all prospective buyers must complete an application form prior to approval.

 

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval for purchase.

 

K-Pom Boutique, LLC reserves the right to:

 

  • Approve or deny any application

  • Request additional information

  • Decline a sale at our sole discretion if we believe the home is not suitable.

 

Our priority is the long-term welfare of each puppy.

 

By submitting any form, inquiry, or puppy application through this website, you expressly agree that:

 

  • The information you provide is accurate and truthful

  • K-Pom Boutique, LLC may verify the information you provide

  • You authorize background verification when deemed necessary

 

Verification may include but is not limited to:

 

  • Identity verification

  • Address verification

  • Public record searches

  • Animal cruelty or neglect records

  • Communication with references provided

  • *(It may include a request for video conference: FaceTime, Zoom, Google Meet)

 

This verification may be conducted to ensure responsible and safe placement of animals.

Health & Veterinary Care

All puppies from K-Pom Boutique, LLC receive:

 

  • Age-appropriate vaccinations

  • Basic veterinary examination

  • Health monitoring prior to placement

 

However, buyers acknowledge:

 

  • Puppies are living animals and may develop health conditions.

  • Stress from relocation may temporarily affect appetite or behavior.

 

Buyers are strongly encouraged to:

 

  • Schedule a veterinary exam within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

 

Any health guarantee, if provided, will be documented separately in the Puppy Purchase Agreement.

Transfer of Ownership
 

Ownership of the puppy transfers to the buyer once:

 

  • Full payment is received

  • The puppy has been physically delivered or picked up

 

From that moment forward, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy’s care, safety, and wellbeing.

Right to Refuse Sale

​

K-Pom Boutique, LLC reserves the absolute right to:

 

  • Refuse any sale

  • Cancel a pending sale

  • Refuse transfer of a puppy

 

if we believe the placement may endanger the animal’s welfare.

Limitation of Liability
 

K-Pom Boutique, LLC shall not be liable for:

 

  • Veterinary costs incurred after transfer of ownership

  • Injuries or damages caused by the animal after sale

  • Buyer dissatisfaction regarding temperament, appearance, or size

 

except where otherwise required by law.

Website Information Disclaimer

All information provided on this website, including:

 

  • Puppy descriptions

  • Photographs

  • Estimated adult size

  • Coat color predictions

 

are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Governing Law

​

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

Any disputes arising from the purchase of a puppy shall be resolved within the appropriate jurisdiction of Wisconsin courts.

K-Pom Boutique, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

 

Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
